Since your team's inception on this high priority project, all goals that I have set have been achieved and on several occasions they have exceeded my expectations and completed project milestones early and ahead of schedule. When I took over this project in November 2014, 11 aircraft had undergone this extensive modification and not one had been delivered on schedule. Since your team has joined my team in March 2015, two aircraft have been delivered on time and our latest aircraft was just delivered one month early, and we are still improving on these delivery dates, the next aircraft due out of mod is on track to be completed almost 4 months early! In conclusion, your team has been a huge part of the current success we are having on the Beech 300 enhancement program and I look forward to working with you on Phase II of this project.
