Objectstream provides expert technicians and task leads to accomplish the maintenance goals of our customers. We have extensive experience in the fabrication and installation of aircraft electrical/electronic components and avionics equipment, as well as their troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. We also have experience in flight line maintenance and heavy check maintenance.
Objectstream works with our customers to guide them through aircraft avionics modernization, day-to-day maintenance, and heavy maintenance. Trained specifically for aircraft field support, modification, and maintenance activities, our contract field teams (CFTs) deliver a full range of installation and maintenance skill sets, including:
Our CFTs follow approved procedures with respect to performing aircraft maintenance, safety, environmental protection, foreign object damage (FOD), and tool control, as well as company standards for ethical and professional behavior. Every team member is personally responsible for compliance with these policies and procedures. Another key to success is proper leadership. Objectstream puts a task lead in place on every project. The CFT lead is typically the safety representative, and this person ensures procedural compliance by all members of the team.
We believe in being agile towards our customers’ needs. With experience servicing both federal and commercial customers, we have worked with a wide array of mindsets and practices. On many of our federal customers’ mission critical projects, we have used the Waterfall method for implementing new and upgraded systems with requirements provided upfront. For most of our customers, we have supported implementation using various Agile frameworks.
We love the Agile framework, and we believe in its core objective: to react and respond to business needs—in the thick of the action, not after it. We obtained our CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications based on an audit of our agile way of working! This demonstrates that excellence and quality can certainly coexist with being agile.
We have used both the Scrum and the Kanban methods to execute large federal, state, and commercial projects, as well as when supporting our small business customers. We rely on our seasoned and certified project managers and business analysts to walk the talk with customers on their business objectives and milestones. These team members work as advocates for the customer, and they make sure a solution is available in proportion to the time and scope allocated.
We live and breathe by our technical team. While the technology stack is important, it is our team’s underlying drive to find the optimum solution for any given problem that makes us excel. Our well-rounded team is as concerned with quality and process as they are with developing a working solution. In addition to working on large-scale implementations using JAVA, PHP, and .Net frameworks, they love to tinker with new frameworks and adopt suitable ones based on project needs.
Objectstream provides cybersecurity expertise through an integrated solution, which combines the most critical elements; people, process, and technology.
Our proactive support model gives our customers the peace of mind of knowing that our experienced securty professionals are there, consistently and continuously investigating, researching, and analyzing potential malicious attacks. We then, monitor, validate, enrich, and escalate incident reports to ensure that when potential threats are identified, they are analyzed by and escalated to the appropriate people.

Objectstream has helped Bach Weekend with projects since 2014. Open lines of communication, ability to be agile, and a dedication to making the customer happy are among Objectstream’s most quality traits. I have nothing but good things to say about Sam (Shyam) and his team!
Robbie Goldsmith, Founder and CEO of Bach Weekend
Since your team's inception on this high priority project, all goals that I have set have been achieved and on several occasions they have exceeded my expectations and completed project milestones early and ahead of schedule. When I took over this project in November 2014, 11 aircraft had undergone this extensive modification and not one had been delivered on schedule. Since your team has joined my team in March 2015, two aircraft have been delivered on time and our latest aircraft was just delivered one month early, and we are still improving on these delivery dates, the next aircraft due out of mod is on track to be completed almost 4 months early! In conclusion, your team has been a huge part of the current success we are having on the Beech 300 enhancement program and I look forward to working with you on Phase II of this project.
